Polish Language Courses for Foreigners  

Terms and conditions

General terms:

• Polonica organizes the stationary, excursion and individual Polish language courses for children and youths.
  
  
• The stationary course begins when there is a group of at least 10 people interested.
• The excursion course is organized when there is a group of at least 20 people interested.
• The individual course begins after arranging the time of meeting between the teacher and student.
  
  
• The stationary courses take place in Wroclaw.
• The excursion courses are organized in different places in Poland.
• The individual courses take place in Wroclaw unless the arrangement is different.
  
  
• One school hour is 45 minutes long.
• The groups consist of around 10 students.
• The groups are formed basing on the qualification interviews and including the language experience, age and individual needs of students.

Time of the courses

• One year of the stationary courses is divided into two semesters, the days without school are the same as in all schools in Dolny Slask.
• The time of the excursion course is always arranged for once.
• The time of the individual courses is arranged between the teacher and the student.
• There is no school on national holiday.

Payments

• All prices include sales tax (VAT).
• The absence of a student from classes does not entitle to demand the return of money.
• The registration in completed after filling in the registration form and paying for the course. If you have registered and obtained the confirmation note it means that you accept these Regulations which are the integral part of the contract.
• In case of resignation from the course on at least 30 days before it starts Polonica returns half of the payment. In case of resigning after that time Polonica does not return any money.
• If the course is canceled because of less than required number of students registered Polonica returns the whole payment.
